Import VAT: SUIJI ships from Shanghai. Your local customs authority may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives. These charges are paid to customs, not to SUIJI.

France estimate: import VAT is often about 20% of the order value. For a 199 EUR order, this may be about 40 EUR, depending on customs assessment.

Secure payment: checkout is processed through Shopify. If PayPal is available for your order, buyer protection may apply through PayPal's own policy.

Quality documents: patent information and material testing documentation are available upon request before purchase.
