SUIJI Creator Collaboration Guide

This guide is for creators considering a SUIJI project. It explains what to show, how to describe our jewelry accurately and how we agree on content, rights and referral terms before a project begins.

Meet SUIJI and the piece you will show

SUIJI creates sculptural titanium jewelry that can move between complete looks. We begin with a piece someone loves, then use interchangeable charms and compatible bases to give it further ways to be worn. Our brand signature is Defined by you.

Use the actual version in your brief

Core-Lock connects a base, a clip and a removable charm. Press the sides, remove the charm, insert the next one and check the lock. The clip can also form a simple look without a charm. SUIJI charms share the interface of equipped SUIJI bases; a bare component or a third-party fitting is a different case.

What you are showingWhat to make clear
Complete pieceIts supplied components and selling unit: a single item, a pair or a set.
Base and clipWhether the selected base includes Core-Lock. Do not assume every bare hoop includes it.
CharmWhich equipped base is used. One physical charm occupies one position at a time.
Accessory or setThe exact quantities and any extra components needed for the demonstrated look.

Materials and images

State materials by component, using the supplied product sheet. Skin-contact components use titanium alloy where specified; do not call an entire mixed-material piece pure titanium. Individual reactions can occur, so avoid guarantees about allergies, comfort or medical suitability.

Our pieces are handmade. Texture and surface details can vary from the photograph. Identify a silver sample as silver. Label a prototype, concept image or render clearly; use your actual experience only for a piece you have tried.

Choose a project that fits your work

We welcome thoughtful styling, product demonstrations and honest accounts of wearing jewelry. A relevant audience and clear work matter more than an assumed age or aesthetic stereotype. Tell us your content language and the places your audience is based; do not guess audience demographics.

ProjectWhat we agree before starting
Product experienceThe exact sample, whether it is gifted or loaned, delivery and any separately agreed content or feedback. A sample never requires a positive review.
Content productionA paid creative brief, deliverables, revision scope, fee and the uses included. Posting to your own account is agreed separately.
Referral partnershipWhether an offer is active, its approved link or code and the written commission and settlement terms. Enquiries do not automatically enrol anyone.
Design collaborationA separate route for original charm designs, authorship and production. Design royalties are distinct from referral commissions.

How a project moves forward

  • Send your portfolio, public account links, language and a short project idea.
  • Agree on the specific piece, purpose, compensation, schedule, rights and disclosure.
  • Create the agreed material and share the feedback or preview required by the brief.
  • Correct factual or technical issues, then publish or deliver only within the agreed scope.
  • Review the actual results and any payment statement together.

We may use existing silver pieces for an experience project. The brief will name that version. Interest in a gifted silver piece is useful feedback; it is not evidence of a purchase or a titanium wearing result.

For an original design proposal, use the designer collaboration route. Joining a creator project does not grant membership, manufacturing approval or an automatic share of future sales.

Make one useful story

Choose one main purpose and one main action for each piece of content. A styling story, a feedback invitation and a shopping explanation can be different posts. Use your own voice and show why the piece belongs in a real situation.

Capture the facts viewers need

  • Show a complete view, a side or back view and a close-up of the connection when relevant.
  • For a change demonstration, keep the important action visible. Do not edit away a missing part or a failed step.
  • Use measured size and weight only when supplied for that exact configuration.
  • Keep subtitles and disclosures legible. Check the actual Instagram or TikTok preview so controls and captions do not cover them.
  • Use music, images and other people’s likenesses only with the rights required for the agreed organic or paid use.

Deliver what the brief names

Confirm the format, length, caption, cover, file delivery and review schedule in the brief. Clean edits and raw footage are included only when agreed. If posting is part of the project, provide the actual post link and the analytics agreed with SUIJI. Never send account passwords or grant unnecessary account access.

Before delivery, check the product name, language, quantities, materials, stage, disclosure, permitted music and the destination of the one main link. Describe genuine experience without inventing a purchase, a testimonial or a performance result.

Be clear about the relationship and rights

Make the relationship visible with the recommendation. Payment, a gifted product and referral earnings are different facts; disclose every connection that applies. Place the explanation where a viewer will notice it, in the content language. For video, put it in the video as well as the caption; a platform label alone may be insufficient.

Plain examples to adapt to the actual project

  • Ad | Paid collaboration with SUIJI.
  • SUIJI gifted this piece. These are my own observations.
  • I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through this link.

Use the appropriate commercial-content tools for the platform. For TikTok promotion, turn on the required content disclosure setting. If a label or brand tag is unavailable, check with SUIJI before posting rather than hiding the relationship.

For a French audience, make the commercial nature clearly readable using an appropriate label such as Publicité or Collaboration commerciale. For Singapore, make sponsored content and the material connection clear early and readable on the same page. These local checks accompany the project brief.

Agree each use of your work

We agree separately on creation, posting, SUIJI reposting, website use, paid advertising and publication of private feedback. Specify the platforms, territory, duration, editing permission, credit and fee. A product gift or an organic post does not itself grant unlimited advertising rights.

Use only material you own or are authorised to use. An AI-generated concept is not a finished product or an approved original design. Mark the stage and preserve the real product’s geometry and connection. SUIJI may request corrections to facts, rights or disclosure; honest opinions must remain honest.

Understand links terms and next steps

Use the approved destination

Use only the current link, code and wording assigned for your project. Check the language, destination page, included pieces, price and availability before posting. Do not invent a discount or promise a delivery date. Ask before placing brand advertising, distributing codes on coupon sites or using paid promotion.

A project may use links, codes or another agreed record. The written terms must explain attribution, competing referrals, repeat purchases and the products covered. Clicks and code entries alone are not confirmed eligible orders. We do not promise an automated dashboard or automatic enrolment.

Agree how payment is calculated

For a referral project, agree the rate, calculation base, attribution period, currency, reporting date, payment timing and any threshold before links go live. The agreement must explain discounts, tax, shipping, cancellations, partial returns, refunds and disputed orders. A fixed content fee and a referral commission are separate payments.

Do not create fake clicks, self-referrals prohibited by the brief, misleading endorsements or manipulated engagement. If a statement looks wrong, send its order or campaign reference to SUIJI for review. Do not include customer payment information in a public message.

Start with a short email

Write to contact@suijijewelry.com with the subject Creator partnership. Include your public Instagram or TikTok links, content language, country, a few relevant examples and the type of project you have in mind. If distribution is proposed, share audience-market evidence through an agreed private route. Do not send passwords, identity documents or bank details in an initial application.

SUIJI will discuss availability and the project terms with you. Read the written brief before accepting a piece or beginning paid work. For original design submissions, ask about the separate designer route. For product or material questions, the public contact route remains open without membership.
